Gray night freeze and I’m ragged bones bare,
a sinking stone is what I call home.
Electric torch, a flickering light, save the power
as filament burns, turning night into day.

My ambition seems to drive off the empire,
I keep them at bay, by night these streets are mine.
Picking locks, diving dumpsters, breaking cages
I take what I need and leave the rest behind.

My mind is cold and clear I searching in the blackness,
a treasure seeker, I’m looming in the dark.
Across the street I can see with both eyes open
the red and blue but I am not afraid.

Well they say lady justice is blind
I don’t know, I don’t know
Maybe the blindfold is what keep corruption flowing
in the cold, in the cold…
